Pilot Plan

Proposed rollout for government endorsement

Phase 1: Pilot Selection

Select 5-10 public secondary schools or tertiary institutions in one state for a 6-8 week pilot program.

Phase 2: Training Delivery

Deliver 2-3 digital skill modules (AI tools, content creation) with live online instructors and local facilitators.

Phase 3: Impact Assessment

Measure student skill acquisition, satisfaction, and early job/freelance outcomes. Produce a detailed report.

Phase 4: Scale-up

Based on pilot success, scale to additional states with joint government-sponsor funding model.
